These are cut and scored on 1/8 inch wood, but thicker wood thicknesses are ok too. Some knowledge of Inkscape/Adobe illustrator/etc is required to add your own text. Font name is mentioned in file. It can be resized easily to fit your needs. Link provided below to products I used.
